|What is Lifestyle Rewards?
Lifestyle Rewards is a loyalty program designed to reward members for using their club. For each visit to the Club, a member earns a point toward Lifestyle Rewards Certificates valid toward exclusive hotel and resort partners. Additionally, rewards members will have access to specials and promotions within their club.
How do I earn Rewards?
Earning rewards is simple. For each day you visit the Club, you earn a point. Earn 50 points and you reach Silver Rewards status, earning you 2 Lifestyle Rewards Certificates. Earn 100 points for Gold Rewards status, earning you 3 additional Lifestyle Rewards Certificates for a total of 5. Reach 200 points for Platinum Rewards status and you’re awarded an additional 5 Lifestyle Rewards Certificates, for a total of 10 Certificates annually.
Do I earn additional points for being a longtime member?
Yes. Our tenured members will receive loyalty points at the beginning of each year. If you have been a member for 2–4 years, you will earn an additional 10 points. If you have been a member for 5–9 years, you will receive an additional 15 points, or 25 total points. For every additional 10 years of membership, you’ll receive and extra 25 points (e.g., 10+ years = 50 points, 20+ years = 75 points, 30+ years = 100 points).
How long are my Lifestyle Rewards Certificates good for?
Your Lifestyle Rewards Certificates are issued as soon as you reached a status level (i.e., Silver, Gold, Platinum). This can happen at any time throughout the course of the year. You will have until August 31 of the following year to use your Certificates, after which time they will expire.
For example: Jane Smith reached Silver Rewards status on April 15, 2011. She will have until August 31, 2012 to use her Certificates.
Can I combine my points with a family member to achieve a status?
No. Each adult member can only earn points for their own usage. That said, once one adult member achieves a rewards status, everyone on his or her membership is upgraded to that status.
Do I need my membership card to earn points?
Yes. Points will only be assessed to your Rewards account when your membership card is swiped to check in.
Can I combine my Lifestyle Rewards Certificates to get a free room night?
No. Only one certificate is valid per room, per night. You can use multiple certificates for more than one night within the same booking. For example, you can use two Certificates for a Friday–Sunday stay.
